Effective Date: September 1, 2026

As a requirement of using the Akela Business Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Engagement:

Client, by its execution hereof, engages Akela Partners, LLC dba Akela Digital to deliver the Akela Business Hub software as a service package. These Terms and Conditions, are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Agreement.”

Start Date:

Your start date is the date you agree to these terms and conditions and sign up the Akela Biz Hub.

Billing Period:

Each monthly or annual payment is for the next billing period. Once paid, you are not eligible for a refund of the subscription payment. Except for the initial 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee period (see below)

Renewal Date:

Your billing will renew on the anniversary of your billing date. Either monthly or annually depending on the plan to which you subscribed.

Cancellation:

To cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected] no less than five (5) days before your Renewal Date.

Credit Card Refunds:

Please do not request refunds from the credit card company. We will honor all cancellation requests. Requesting refunds from the credit card company hurts our business and raises the cost for all customers.

Non-Payment of subscription fees:

If you do not pay your subscription fee when due, we may remove your access to the account. If the subscription fee remains unpaid for a period of 60 days, we will delete your account and you may lose the data in the account permanently.

Usage Fees:

The subscription fee covers the basic cost of having access to the software. Including:

Akela Biz Hub

1 AI enabled phone number for voice AI agent

Fair-Use Unlimited Voice AI ($200 value)

There are a number of items subject to usage fees:

Domain Purchase $20 per domain

Making calls is billed at $0.0378 / minute

Receiving calls is billed at $0.0255 / minute

Text messages is billed at $0.0249 / segment

Text messaging will require A2P 10 TLC registration or significant penalties apply

Local phone numbers are billed at $2.30 / month

Toll-Free phone numbers are billed at $4.50 / month

Email is billed at $0.002025 per email

Email Verification $0.0075 per verification

Workflow - using external AI models $1.80 for 750,000 words input

Workflow - using external AI models $7.20 for 750,000 words output

Workflow - premium features $0.03 per execution

Conversational A.I. is billed at $0.05 per message.

Voice AI Assistant is billed at $0.29 per call.

A la Carte Fair-Use Unlimited Voice AI (if not on the AI Front Office or AI Growth plans) is $200 per month.

Usage Fee Billing:

All new accounts get a $25 credit applied to their account (wallet balance).

When the wallet balance drops below $5.00, we will automatically re-charge your wallet with a minimum charge of $50.00. This charge will be billed to your credit card we have on-file.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

All new accounts are subject to our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason during the first 90-days, you may cancel your subscription and we will refund you 100% of the subscription fees you paid. Set-up fees are not refundable.

To cancel your subscription before the free trial ends, send an email to [email protected].

Usage fees that have accrued to your account are not reimbursed. Any unused usage fees will be returned.

Disclaimers of liability.

IN ADDITION TO ANY DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY FOUND ELSEWHERE IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, Akela Partners LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, LOST PROFITS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY OR NEGLIGENCE ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

Akela Partners LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS OR THIRD PARTY CONTENT OF, OR SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT OR HARDWARE OBTAINED FROM, ANY THIRD PARTIES.

Akela Partners LLC will not be responsible for results due to any alterations or overwrites made to a website by another party, as Client understands that this can adversely affect the search engine rankings of Client’s website(s), nor for the effect of Client linking to any particular websites without the prior consultation and approval of Akela Partners LLC.
